Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)

As per Corporate Governance Manual for the State PSUs, the Odisha State Warehousing Corporation (OSWC) being a Statutory Corporation is signing Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Odisha (Cooperation Department) every year from 2011-12 to achieve the target fixed in the MoU. The Managing Director, OSWC and the Commissioner-cum-Secretary to Govt., Cooperation Department, Govt. of Odisha has signed the MoU for the year 2019-20.
